The Foundation Program consists of Level 1 in addition to practical and essential skills related to the Motorcycle apprenticeship program. "Motorcycle Mechanic" means a person who diagnoses, repairs, overhauls and replaces mechanical and electrical parts of motorcycles, and all terrain vehicles (ATV?s).
