The Foundation Program consists of Level 1 technical training in addition to practical and essential skills related to the Diesel Engine Mechanic apprentice program. "Diesel Engine Mechanic" means a person who installs, repairs and maintains all internal combustion diesel engines and components as used in transport, construction and marine.
