Key Food Equipment Services Profile

Our mission at Key Food Equipment Services is to provide the Food Service Industry of Western Canada with high quality and reliable food equipment service, experienced technical advice and an extensive inventory of OEM parts. We strive to be the preferred partner in the Food Service Industry in our market, and we are a pivotal point in a Canada-wide network of food equipment service providers.

Our goal is to attract, develop and retain employees with exceptional ability and diverse backgrounds. The respect for the dignity and worth of every individual in the workplace is fundamental at Key and our organizational values stress the importance of fairness and trust.

New technicians receive the benefit of on-the-job mentoring by CFESA Certified Master Technicians and Top Technicians who have been through specialized training programs. Training never stops though, with regular updates on equipment, online learning programs, and regular trips to manufacturers training facilities. Our technicians are continually fine-tuning their skills and keeping on top of the latest changes in the industry.
